People can go to any extreme with diets, but if their emotions are all out of whack...

...then they will not be healthy anyway.

For our emotions flood our bodies with hormones that can cause major damage, if allowed to flow unchecked.

Of course, positive emotions help our bodies to function optimally, but fearful emotions, anger and depression all will have destructive effects on our biology if they continue to be felt unchecked.

  1. I largely agree with this statement, but to the extent that our emotions are out of whack because we are not eating an appropriate diet, then a change in diet can make a tremendous difference. The mind-body connection works both ways.
