What is normal and natural can seem extreme because we have been brainwashed by a corrupt elitist centralised government.
The vast majority of government should be at the local level, not concentrated in a far away city or land, and peopled by those who live locally and understand local conditions and people.
We don't want to be ruled by people from a distant land who have little understanding of local conditions are no real feeling or concern for what goes on there.
Such unhealthily centralised government is a lingering result of the various empire nations who sought to control vast swaths of distant lands, by setting up bureaucratic network they could control.
This kind of elitist control of distant land should be done away with and the control networks they set up disbanded to allow local communities to control their fate and create a real, living democracy that we each have a say in.
