Are Physics and Economics the only two "true" sciences?

Because the numbers they use represent actual things, not people's opinions.

What are those real things measured?
For physics it is the 3 physical dimensions that are directly observable,
And for economics it is the actual dollars that change hands.

Both these things are objective and can be directly observed.

They are not based on anyone's opinion, like the other supposed sciences are.
