Student driven education is where the student decides what they want to learn and experience, not the teacher.
Instead, teachers role is to teach subjects students have chosen to learn, because they are interested in them, not because they have been programmed or pressured into choosing them.
The child should be respected enough to choose their own path (as soon as they are able), otherwise they is stifled and their talents go unfulfilled.
Projecting our adult values and priorities onto the child is wrong and inappropriate.
The child's will is free by nature.
It should be respected!
