Increasingly, the cults that people align with are ones associated with “science”.
It doesn’t matter if the area of belief is truly scientific, only that it is perceived as scientific.
Instead, a closer investigation reveals that all movements that attempt to sway public opinion are political in essence, not truly scientific, and people's alignment with them is a form of mass-hypnosis, designed to move society in a certain direction to suit vested interests.
