Morality in the sexual arena revolves around the notion of mutual consent. That is, that both parties (or more, when more than 2 are involved) consent to the acts taking place.
Sexual morality has nothing to do with the gender of the participants and everything to do with their ability to give informed consent to the sexual actions being considered.
The age at which an individual is deemed mature enough to give informed consent will depend upon the society to which they belong and will be determined by its members.
