Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis and the overlords of man

 Alcohol and tobacco
are unhealthier than cannabis-

  Which may explain why
 the “overlords” of man
 have banned cannabis
  but kept the other two legal.

 The overlords
 have no interest
in the health of the common man...

And, instead,
 seem to pursue policies
  designed to actively harm him!
