Feel your way through life


The trick is to begin to feel your way through life rather than over-thinking things.  

Try this: find a quiet spot, alone in a peaceful setting, and visualise the possibilities open to you.  Then pay attention to how you feel when you visualise these things.  That which excites you the most will generally be your strongest path.  If the feelings generated are uninspired or even contractive then these potentials visualised are generally best avoided, where possible.  With those things we can’t avoid but which we feel poorly about we can re-envision them in such a way that we can feel positive about them if we approach them in the right way.  Find a way to make these things attractive, if you can do so, so that you can approach them with a positive attitude and get the most out of them while giving the best you have to the situation.
