Being distrustful of vaccines may not be because someone disagrees with “the science” of vaccines but rather because they don’t trust those in control of manufacturing and promoting such things (i.e. big businesses and governments).
It’s basically the conservative types, whose faith is in self rather than current institutions and fashions, who tend to avoid such interventions.
