What is the real cause of children's adverse effects from vaccines?

I used to think the reaction young children have to vaccination was due to the body dealing with a mild infection from the vaccine, but now I realize much more is going on, including potentially swelling of the brain from toxic heavy metals and other noxious substances contained in the vaccines that attack neural tissue.
