Both see each other as enemies, although in a different context.
On the "woo" side they don't see the common orthodox thinking as the enemy, but rather those who condition a social system into creating such beliefs.
On the "rational"or orthodox side, they hate the "woo" ideas and those who hold them, and see them as impediments in their desire to create a rational, technocratic world order ruled over by bureaucrats. The New World Order dream the power elite have held for so long.
