The problem is those who are directing its course and those who are distorting and suppressing its messages for their own ends.

The answer to the question of who is doing such devious things is simple: unscrupulous business interests, primarily, looking to make millions and gain power, not to help the people.

And so science becomes distorted and the messages it seems to be putting out give a false view of the breadth of its findings.

These business interests not only distort the messages coming from science and lead it down the garden path of destruction rather than creation, but they also infest governments, learning institutions, the mass media, and any other organisation that has power over public discourse.

This makes the corruption systemic, which makes it difficult for people to see it, because it becomes the atmosphere in which they breathe, concept wise.
