Try the wholesome things instead.
Stay close to nature with your eating.
Man made foods- those made in factories, using cheap ingredients and ones that provide a toxic high like sugar and fat, and tend to be nutritionally poor and actually quite sickening, in many cases,- should be avoided or minimised...
And natural foods- fruits, preferably uncooked, and vegetables...
Clean, wholesome, light impregnated water...
Activity outdoors...
