And who is to say a perspective is wrong?
Perhaps it is poorly- or mis- informed, but even that is in the eye of the beholder.
We could argue that one approach is more practical than the other and more likely to "work", but can we be sure?
Free market v socialism, small government v big government.
Both have their believers who think their preferences will deliver the best outcome, according to their values.
But whose values are right?
We cannot say, for values are subjective.
Freedom v security.
Equality v incentive to be productive.
These are all areas worthy of debate, but the right balance really belongs in the eye of the beholder, and is likely to never be something fully agreed upon.
