This idea is just a control mechanism used by ignorant adults in our sick society!
We are free to do as we please, subject to natural laws. There is no external judge weighing our actions in order to punish or reward us.
Instead, it is up to us to determine what we should and shouldn't do, not some external judge that doesn't know what's best for us, anyway!
In doing things according to our own lights we receive a fair compensation- that is, we reap what we sow, and this is according to natural laws, not according to someone else's idea of morality!
